Meal Modifications

If a doctor has determined that your child has a food allergy that would prevent them from eating a regular school meal an effort will be made to accommodate medically necessary dietary modifications.
Students with food allergies must provide written documentation from their doctor. This documentation includes, but is not limited to, a statement of what the allergy is, what dietary changes from the traditional school meal are necessary, what specific foods must be omitted or substituted, and what foods can be used to replace them.
Send the documentation to your child’s cafeteria manager.
If you have questions, contact the Food and Nutrition Supervisor. At phone 419-736-3300 EXT. 1109.
