About Me: 

I am Rachael Strader, Black River High School Counselor. Since 1998, I have worked in the Black River Schools and taught English in grades 7 to College Credit Plus. I was  transferred to School Counselor in 2019, and was excited for this career opportunity!

I would like my students to remember me as an adult who treated them with respect, who inspired them to realize their mistakes don't define them, and who reassured them that they will find their way.
