We want to help people get started running for their mental health. So often, people say you just need a pair of shoes to go out and run, but at Still I Run we understand it can be a bit more daunting than that. There can be barriers such as not knowing how to get started, no accountability group to keep you on track, lack of funds to purchase quality running shoes, uncertainty about signing up for a race, etc. We want to reduce all of those barriers as much as possible and that’s why we created the Starting Line Scholarship program to help people get started running for their mental health.
