June 6, 2025
Dear BRHS Student, Parents, and Guardians:
We hope this letter finds you well and enjoying your first few days of a much deserved summer break!
There are a few housekeeping items that we would like to make you aware of so that your transition to the next school year goes smoothly:
Graduation Pathways-
Parents should create an account in SchooLinks to connect with their student’s college and career readiness platform. Here they will be able to access information regarding grades, GPA, scheduling, college applications, resumes and more! Please see your child’s Google Classroom for a presentation on how to create your username and password..
Schedules-
Students have already been given tentative schedules for next year. Staffing, test scores, and class sizes may affect changes to these schedules. Schedules will be available in August through ProgressBook. Students are welcome to email Mrs. Strader with any questions or schedule change requests.
College Credit Plus Reminders-
Students should have already completed their Course Authorization Forms and scheduled their classes with LCCC (or other college). If you still need to pass a placement test, please contact LCCC Testing Center and schedule an appointment @ 440-366-7773.
Summer Meals-
This summer, the Ohio Department of Education and Workforce is sponsoring SUN Meals, a summer food program where Kids Eat Free! All children ages 1 through 18 are eligible to receive free meals during the summer months at participating program sites. Individuals ages 19 through 21 who have been identified as having mental or physical disabilities and are following Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) through their current enrollment in educational programs also are eligible for free summer meals. Use the link below and click on SFSP Meal Service Accommodations Request Form.
