The Antique Tractor Drive is a long-standing tradition for the Black River FFA Chapter that celebrates the history and heritage of agriculture. This year, six FFA members and one staff member proudly drove their vintage tractors—each preferably 1975 or older—to school for display throughout the day.
Afterward, the drivers visited the Black River Education Center, where PreK–8 students had the chance to explore the tractors, climb aboard, and learn about their history. The younger students loved it, and our FFA members enjoyed sharing their knowledge and passion for farming!
Participants included Garrett Canfield, Chance Casteel, David Bryant, Dominic Warner, Caleb Howard, Greg Diaz, and staff member Mr. Bell.
Congratulations to Garrett Canfield, who drove the oldest tractor—a 1938 Allis-Chalmers B!
Thank you to everyone who helped continue this fun and educational FFA tradition!
